It was another fun filled weekend at the Mills' house! On Saturday, Drew had his first Upward game of the season. It was so fun to watch him. Boy, he was INTO it!! He got the defense award, and considering he was on defense even when he was supposed to be on offense :), he deserved it! Here's a shot of his defensive moves!!
Taylor also had her play "The Secret Garden". She had the lead part of Mary Lenox and she did a wonderful job. I was so proud of her. She knew all her lines, and even helped others that couldn't remember their own. Her expressions were wonderful and she really took on the part. My favorite part was when she got angry and started yelling. I wasn't sure if she was acting or not at that point, that was pretty realistic!! It was hard to take photos with a 2 1/2 year old on your lap, but I tried, here are a few from the play.
